1. Service Agreement
Our services are limited to deep cleaning of mini split systems. We do not provide repairs, installations, or electrical work.
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless payment was made in advance online.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the service area before our technician arrives.
2. Booking & Payment
Booking online, by phone, or through our contact form reserves your appointment time.
You may prepay online or pay after the service is completed.
Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, cash, Venmo, or check (subject to approval).
Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
3. Limitations & Liability
Gavin’s Mini Split Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages related to your HVAC system, including electrical, mechanical, or structural problems.
While we take every precaution during cleaning, we are not liable for normal wear and tear or any issues caused by pre-existing conditions of your equipment.
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you’re unsatisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment.
We’ll promptly review and address any issues to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the results.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms of Use (and our Privacy Policy) periodically to reflect business or legal changes.
All updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date at the top.
