Before launching this business, I worked as an HVAC apprentice at Dr. Heat & Mr. Cool, a respected HVAC company run by Wayne Avery. During my apprenticeship, I discovered how incredibly dirty mini splits get hidden mold, bacteria, dust, and grime buildup that regular filter cleaning simply doesn't reach. I also learned that, unfortunately, deep cleanings were consistently pushed aside by larger HVAC companies in favor of more expensive installation and repair jobs. As a result, homeowners and businesses weren't receiving the detailed, careful service their systems needed often unknowingly breathing moldy, contaminated air, facing higher energy bills, and premature equipment failure.

That's when I knew I had to do something different.
